The Invest BioRegion Portal is a matchmaking platform for investors and corporates both nationally and internationally, enabling them to connect with highly relevant investable startups and projects within the BioRegion of Catalonia.
Our objective is to promote and give visibility to Catalan startups and projects among national and international investors, facilitating connections and enabling licensing agreements, co-development, and funding with the private sector.
How does it work?
The investment portal serves as a centralized platform that presents all investable startups and projects in a structured and updated format, allowing investors and corporates to conduct tailored searches by filtering for specific keywords and criteria, such as sector or Technology Readiness Level (TRL). Through the platform, investors and corporates receive information about projects without intermediaries, allowing them to directly contact project managers and entrepreneurs, and even facilitate in-situ meetings.
Users are able to create professional and organizational profiles, showcasing as many investment, licensing, and/or co-development opportunities as there are active projects, accompanied by a comprehensive description of the project and its updated OnePager.
